A protected bush block is available for sale.
The block is part of a deceased estate.
Situated: Ruapuke, south of Raglan. 10 kilometres west of Te Mata between Mt Kariori and the coast.
Bush: The 24.7 hectares of semi-coastal forest are protected with a QEII covenant in perpetuity.
